Recommended dosage
- ½ gummy once daily, about 30 minutes before bedtime
- For jet lag: ½ gummy in the evening for a few days after arrival
- Use regularly at the same time for best results
Ingredients (per daily dose – ½ gummy)
Sweeteners (maltitol, sorbitol), water, gelling agent (gelatin), melatonin 0.5 mg, citric acid, natural blueberry flavour, colourings (anthocyanins, beetroot extract), vitamin B6 0.7 mg (50% NRV).
