How it works
This powder shampoo is based on physical adsorption, not aggressive degreasing. Micronized corn starch binds excess oil at the roots, while gentle cleansing agents remove impurities. At the same time, conditioning ingredients care for the hair lengths—leaving your hair clean, light, and naturally voluminous for longer.
Key ingredients
Corn Starch (Zea Mays Starch)
Acts like a natural oil magnet. Its ultra-fine particles bind sebum through physical forces (van der Waals and capillary action), allowing it to be rinsed away easily—without irritating the scalp.
Coco-Caprylate
A natural alternative to silicones derived from coconut oil. It smooths, softens, and improves manageability without creating buildup or a heavy, greasy feel.
Why powder instead of liquid?
Traditional shampoos are mostly water—which requires preservatives and limits the concentration of active ingredients. This water-free formula eliminates the need for preservatives and allows for a higher concentration of effective, hair-loving ingredients. The result is a more efficient, lighter, and more sustainable solution.
How to use (Volume Ritual)
- Activate: Wet your hair. Pour a small amount of powder (approx. ½ teaspoon) into your palm and mix with a little water to create a creamy foam.
- First wash: Massage into the roots to remove surface oil and buildup. Rinse.
- Second wash: Repeat with a smaller amount. A richer foam will deeply cleanse and add volume. Pull the foam through the lengths briefly for conditioning.
- Rinse thoroughly: Hair will feel “squeaky clean”—a sign of removed buildup and restored lightness.
