By applying a photocatalytic coating, you create an invisible nano layer that actively cleans the air of allergens, bacteria, viruses, and unpleasant odors. In addition, it remains snow-white for years, resists dirt, and repels spiders. For FN® coatings, the company AMJTJ was awarded 2nd place in the Innovation of the Year 2010 competition, received a nomination for the Minister of the Environment Award in the Czech Head 2011 competition, and in 2012 was nominated for The European Business Award.
AMJTJ cooperates with the Czech Academy of Sciences, the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague, and many other scientific and research institutions in the Czech Republic and abroad. It participates in two international FP7 projects focused on research into the practical use of photocatalysis for air and water purification.

One square meter of a photocatalytic surface created using FN® coatings is capable, in urban and industrial areas, of purifying the air over one year by removing up to 60% of harmful substances from a total volume of 3 million m3 (with an average daily sunlight exposure of 10 hours and an average wind speed of 0.2 m/s). FN® coatings are the only sufficiently effective and economically efficient solution that allows for an almost immediate and significant reduction of emissions from industrial production and vehicle traffic in urban and industrial environments.
